Cancellation Policy

However, we understand that there may be situations where a client needs to cancel a project or service. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties involved.

Cancellation by the Client:

If a client wishes to cancel a project or service with SSE Software Development Private Limited, the client must provide a written notice of cancellation. The notice should include the reason for cancellation, the project or service that is being canceled, and the date of cancellation. The client may be charged a cancellation fee, which will be determined based on the stage of the project or service.

For projects or services that have not started, there will be no cancellation fee. For projects or services that have started, but are not yet complete, the client will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the percentage of the work completed. For example, if the project is 50% complete, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total project cost. The client will be refunded the remaining balance.

Cancellation by SSE Software Development Private Limited:

In the rare event that SSE Software Development Private Limited needs to cancel a project or service, we will provide a written notice of cancellation to the client. We will refund any payments made by the client for the project or service that was canceled.

Changes to the Cancellation Policy:

SSE Software Development Private Limited reserves the right to change this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes to the policy via email or through our website.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund policy as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility:

You may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase of our products and services. Refunds will only be issued for the following reasons:

  • • Our products and services are materially different from what was advertised
